Meet Morgan Preece - A Little About Me!

Hi, loves! My name is Morgan Preece, and I am the face behind Palette + Pin. I've operated my own private salon studio in Boulder, Colorado since 2018. I have been involved in the beauty industry for a little over 9 years now (I started cosmetology school when I was 16!) and through the ups and downs of essentially growing up inside of the beauty industry, I feel it is truly my calling.

I moved to Colorado with my now-husband from Florida back in 2015...then moved back to Florida in 2016...then moved back to Colorado in 2018. We just couldn't stay away! Colorado is most definitely our home and we are so happy to be able to live in such a beautiful part of the country.

I have a deep love for adventure, travel, and exploration because I am an inquisitive and curious spirit, and I feel that some of the experiences I have been lucky to have on some of my journeys hugely impact the way I now approach my career. I believe those experiences help me to approach my craft with an "out of the box" mindset and that I am able to more efficiently problem solve for my clients!

When I'm not in the studio, I am likely spending time with my husband and my beloved pup, spending time outside, working on a home project (aka wandering through Hobby Lobby), or enjoying a glass of wine with friends! I love all things true crime, anything involving The Bachelor, the daily antics of Jeffree Star, and watching Gordon Ramsey exclaim that something is "so raw that it might as well still be on the farm!".

I have some big goals set for 2020, and I plan to use this platform to share little snippets of information and experiences that I feel might benefit my clients and followers! If there are any specific topics that you'd like to read about, I'd love to know!
